By accessing or using the MyResto platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all restaurant administrators, staff users, and platform administrators.
MyResto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your restaurant's legitimate business operations. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at sign-up. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
You retain full ownership of your restaurant's data, including menu items, customer orders, and analytics. MyResto does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon cancellation, you may request a data export within 30 days.
We target 99.9% uptime for the MyResto platform and will notify you of scheduled maintenance windows in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
MyResto's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
